Telos, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, needed to create marketing programs for various buildings in Chicago. The goal: reintroduce these buildings to the brokerage community in ways that would stimulate interest and generate lease prospects.
Torque worked with Telos to develop integrated campaigns and messaging for 444 N. Michigan, 20 S. Clark, 300 S. Riverside, and the Citadel buildings.
Campaign activities included PR pushes, direct mailings, and signage that collectively wove the strengths of each building into compelling stories and engaging content.
Torque also redesigned the visual brand for 20 S. Clark, which included a rename and a tenant event. Other work includes the development of the corporate website and linking the corporate brand to property marketing campaigns.
