Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group


Leading Chicago area healthcare provider, Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group (NMPG) part of Northwestern Medicine, planned to open a series of immediate care and physician office locations on the north side of the city and along the North Shore. NMPG wanted to announce new locations, distinguish itself among the many other providers in the area and attract new patients.


Torque developed a campaign that built on the hospital system's leading reputation, and also on its physicians practicing as partners in patient wellness.  

Our simple, personable message “Let’s Talk Health,” places NMPG physicians in a wellness dialog with patients. The brand awareness and engagement campaign utilized outdoor, print, cable, digital and experiential marketing, and also a heavy emphasis on social media to generate and carry the conversation. To connect locally, Torque developed a community outreach/social media component through partnerships with local cultural organizations and business. This local contact included strong content for Facebook, YouTube and other social channels, driving search and significant participation.
